1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in Pt. Dev Prabhakar Shastri College (PDPS College) or accessing the Student Portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our online services.

2. Student Portal Access & Security

Access to the Student Portal is limited to registered students. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity executed under your credentials will be considered your responsibility. Suspicious access or leakage must be reported immediately to the IT cell.

3. Online Fee Payment Terms

Online fees can be cleared through our integrated payment systems utilizing cards, UPI, net banking, or wallets via **Razorpay**. Once a fee is cleared:

• A digital computerized receipt is instantly generated and sent to your registered email.
• The payment will automatically update your ledger in the Student Portal.
• Fees must be cleared before respective session examinations. Late fees may attract fines as per university protocols.

4. Digital Document Authenticity

Computer-generated PDFs, such as the Admission Slip and Fee Receipt generated through the ERP, serve as authentic digital documents for academic and administrative verifications.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The college strives to keep the website and portal active 24/7. However, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to scheduled server maintenance or network failure from payment gateways.
